In our trekking expedition, you will find a variety of herbs, which for centuries have been used by the peoples of Crete to spice up every dish, meal, banquet of the indigenous cuisine of the island. We will gather Rigani (oregano), Thymari (thyme), Faskomilo (sage), Diosmo (mint), Vassiliko (basil), Selino (wild celery), Anitho (dill), and then use them in a variety of delicious and authentic dishes, to show you what you have been missing on your table.
